象のテラス北側にある高さ約6ｍのテラスで、壁面にはナーガや神々の彫刻が施される。
テラスは二重で、内側にも神々などが彫られており、上部テラスにはライ王像のレプリカ(本物はプノンペン博物館)が残る。
この王はライ病(ハンセン氏病)を患って亡くなったと言われており、三島由紀夫の戯曲「癩王のテラス」の題材となった。
